Douglas Products Hires Seasoned Industry Pros

Douglas Products is thrilled to welcome four new members to bring valuable industry experience to its team: Aric Schroeder, chief revenue officer; Cavan Bruederle, business development manager; Carlos Montejano, business development manager; and Bernie Gonzalez, business development manager.

Schroeder will be responsible for all global revenue and sales teams. He brings over 15 years of experience in the pest management industry and has held multiple executive sales leadership roles at both Copesan Services and Terminix. He is also a proud member of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). “I am very excited to be part of the Douglas Products team,” Schroeder said. “Douglas Products is a company that directly impacts so many people’s lives.” Schroeder considers himself a collaborative leader and is looking forward to getting out in the field to work with the people who directly touch the end consumers on a daily basis. Outside of work, Schroeder enjoys spending time skiing, trail running and being on the water with his family.

Bruederle joins Douglas Products after more than 14 years at Cardinal Professional Products. In his previous role, Bruederle managed multiple territories along the West Coast. He distributed postharvest fumigants and ProFume^® gas fumigant, completed product stewardship training for all fumigants, and gained a rich understanding of pest control. He is excited to be a member of the team after so many years of working alongside Douglas Products.

Montejano brings over 17 years of industry experience to his current role at Douglas Products. Over the years, Montejano has been involved with pest management as a distribution customer service representative, territory outside sales representative and Western region sales manager. He also brings extensive knowledge in structural fumigation in Southern California. Montejano has worked with almond producers on the West Coast, and peanut and pecan producers on the East Coast. His wealth of knowledge will be a key asset to the Douglas Products team.

Gonzalez will work primarily with Vikane customers in California. He brings 20 years of fumigation experience to Douglas Products. Prior to joining Douglas, he was the director of fumigation at True Heat.  In past roles, Gonzalez has worked for Quality Pest Services and Terminix. His depth of fumigation knowledge will be a wonderful resource for customers.

Together, Schroeder, Bruederle, Montejano and Gonzalez bring expertise and knowledge of the industry that will be vital to the team’s success in the years to come. We are thrilled to welcome them to the Douglas Products teams.
